The technical director is the lynch-pin of any successful production. On top of live-directing the show and making snap judgments while juggling multiple cameras, graphics banks, and overlays, they are responsible for all equipment, power, overhead rigging, show content, and A/V tech staffing on set. A good technical director will make your show a seamless success (and a bad one can create a disaster).
